How does it work?
At My Style Maternity, we believe in the power of choice and variety. There are three plan levels to choose from. You can rent 2 items at a time for $30.00, 4 items at a time for $45.00, or 6 items for $60.00. Our dresses count as two items, so keep that in mind as you are choosing your clothing. During the month you can exchange clothing as much as you need to and shipping is always free. If you are sending two items or less back, you may use the poly envelope that was sent to you in the original package, if you are sending more than that back, please use the box that your clothes came in. To exchange you simply go onto our website and into your closet. There you can select which items you wish to exchange. After you do this, you will receive an e-mail with your shipping label. Due to processing time it may take up to 24 hours to get your shipping label. Once you print out the shipping label simply attach it to your package and take it to your nearest USPS post office, or USPS approved drop off location. As long as you are paying the monthly fee, you can continue to enjoy the benefits of borrowing and exchanging at www.mystylematernity.com. What condition are the clothes in?
All of the clothing at My Style Maternity is either in “New” condition or “Like New” condition. Every item we have is professionally cleaned and thoroughly inspected before it is sent to our customers. If for some reason you don’t feel the condition of the clothing meets your expectations, simply send it back and swap it for something else, or contact us and we will work something out.
How long can I borrow an item?
All of our borrowing options are by the month. Once you are finished borrowing, simply cancel your membership no questions asked.
What happens if I damage the clothing?
At My Style Maternity, we know you have enough to worry about right now in your life. We want to make the process of borrowing maternity clothing as easy and stress free as possible. We understand that things happen and clothing can get damaged. If the damage is light and we can repair it, we will just charge a $5.00 fee to fix the issue. If the damage is more severe and the item cannot be repaired, we will only charge you about 40% or 50% of the retail price, as long as you send the item back to us. If the item gets lost or does not get sent back to us, we will charge you the full retail price of the item. We will not charge your card any of these extra fees without contacting you through e-mail first.
Why borrow instead of buy?
Borrowing your maternity wardrobe has a lot of advantages. Once you purchase an article of clothing, you are kind of stuck with that choice. With My Style Maternity, you have access to a wide variety of high end designer clothes. If you don’t want to pay a lot of money for a dress, that you may only wear once, you can rent it for a fraction of the price. If you are renting 4 or 6 articles at a time, and you want to try something different, you can simply swap the item with another. During your pregnancy your body changes, what fits you in the early stages, might not fit you later on. By borrowing, you have the flexibility to change your wardrobe as needed.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping both ways is always free.
Some of the clothing I have received still have paper tags, can I remove them?
Yes, if you receive clothing that have tags attached from our designers, please feel free to remove them. More than likely that article of clothing is brand new from our supplier and has yet to be rented by someone else. Please do not remove cloth tags that are part of your clothing. They help us to know what the size of the item is and helps us keep our inventory correct.
How do I cancel my membership?
Pregnancy may feel like it lasts a long time, but we know it is not forever. There is no commitment to continue renting from us and we make cancelling your membership easy. We wont ask you any questions or offer you a better deal after you cancel. We want to make this process as easy and smooth as possible. To cancel you simply go into your closet and click on the membership tab. In the membership tab there is a button to cancel, click it and answer yes when you are asked if you are sure you would like to cancel. After that we will send you your final shipping label and you will send back your clothing.
